If there was a confirmed hero more mysterious than Defender, its The Prophet. As a figure, the Prophet is very dominating. A man in a black robe holding a crystal ball. The prophet can see the future, yet admits there's always a slight variance of a few seconds with some events, and this variance, for some reason, amuses the Prophet. The Prophet's eyes were long replaced by the crystal ball he controls and carries. This ball allows the Prophet to see a full 360 degree arc at once, as well as the fact that the Prophet can, at will, make the ball shrink or grow.

Another, more mysterious power of the Prophet is the ability to control darkness and shadows as if it were a thick india ink. he can also share the darkest of his prophetic images with whomever he pleases with a mere touch.
